Cancellation & Damage Waiver Protection
Cancellation Protection ($150 US/CAD)
The INOGEN One rental is non-refundable once booked and confirmed with full payment. CareVacations recommends the purchase of our Cancellation Waiver Protection Plan, which will allow a full refund of the rental costs right up to 48 hours prior to service start date.
Cost of our Cancellation Waiver Protection is $150. (Must be purchased at time of rental confirmation)
Damage Waiver Protection ($295 US/CAD) The INOGEN One is a very expensive unit and requires costly repairs if damaged. While you are in custody of the INOGEN, you are responsible for any & all damage or abuse to the unit whether it is your fault or the fault of someone else. CareVacations recommends the purchase of our Damage Waiver Protection, which will protect the “Renter” against any costs to repair the unit should it become damaged while in custody of “Renter”. CareVacations will require a full statement of what occurred.
